"First of all the system won't let me give a five star rating, but that's what I want. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ And this is why: I'm new to Florida and I was lucky to find Andy Dulcie. I hired him originally to tear down a brand new bathroom I had paid for because it was hideously flawed. I had made the mistake of finding somebody who offered me a "good price." It was the costliest mistake I've ever made. Andy, and his partner, Bill Leffler, did such a first-class job that I have kept them on to finish the renovation of my entire house. The two have worked together exclusively for decades, so they mostly work quietly because each knows how the other thinks. They prepped my whole house by putting heavy duty paper down everywhere. They are meticulously neat and always clean up after themselves, including at the end of the day. I would give them five stars for everything but the system only lets me give 4.5 . They are completely honest, good guys. I have no problem leaving them here and taking off for the day. Their personal integrity is a character trait, and it carries over into the integrity of the work they do. Andy has an eye for detail. I do too, but his eye is backed up by decades of experience, so he knows everything that's entailed in any design implementation. The quality of the worksmanship is patently outstanding. They're giving me their 100% personal best, and I'm getting the kind of work done on mansions on Jupiter Island. I call this value because I see and know what I'm getting. I know that the work is not just what's visible on the outside, but what's behind it on the inside. When I go to sell my house someday, I will be proud of what I have to offer because nobody cut corners or used inferior materials or cheated or compromised. Everything is up to code, everything is perfect. That is not only rare in this day and age, it's almost impossible to find. So I actually consider Andy and Bill as friends, over and above people I've hired to do exceptional, demanding work. I have high standards that they meet or exceed, and they make me very happy. No stress. Great personalities. They are a pleasure to work with. They are totally serious contractors but their personality is upbeat and happy. they don't sit around chatting, joking, making noise and drinking coffee orntaking long breaks. They come in and stick to it. And they don't rush. The job tells them what needs to be done, and that's what they do. A class act by honorable craftsmen! I highly recommend them."
