I signed and returned both the plumbing and electrical permits on October 4. The water heater went in on October 25. I did not have my inspections until November 21. I was the only person in the office from 10/13-10-23 and could not leave to submit any permits until someone else was here to answer the office phones and that brings us to the following week which is when I submitted the application on 11/2." The water heater was in a closet and during this entire time all the items stored in the closet were stacked in my living room. The plumber did have to return because one of the parts he replaced on the toilet failed. It is working correctly now."
