"We had Power do our Roof and Gutters on our 120 year old home. This is our first big project on our new house and Power made the experience great. Their were a couple of hiccups but Power was able to rectify the situations. The project was supposed to be a 2 day project, but when taking the old shingles off they noticed the roof decking needed to be repaired because of significant wood rot. They finished the total project in 4 days. Power met every expectation. One part of the process that was a little frustrating was that I didn’t have one point person to talk to if I had questions. He said his visit to see the site and the pictures to back it up was enough to commit to the price, but once doing the job they were short and needed more material. So, they added to our invoice. Not shady, but we were considering a more expensive treatment and this additional cost brought us closer to the higher option were about to choose. I wonder if it ended up being the better choice or not."
