"The other day, I had the unfortunate experience of having one of the rudest individual service men at Tradewind Irrigation LLC to winterize and service my irrigation system. I greeted him at the door and when I said hello, he snapped at me and asked rudely, "Did you turn off your water?" I told him that the water was turned off but wanted to ask a question about re-calibrating the system. Again, he boorishly interrupted me and said, "Well, there's no way I can do it today. You have to schedule an appointment by calling. It can be done in the spring!â  I was shocked by being treated with such a disdainful attitude which I never experienced in the past by Tradewind Irrigation LLC. Perhaps, Tradwind Irrigation could provide additional Customer Service Refresher Training for those with attitude issues. I am sure that there are other companies in my area that can service my irrigation system."
