"It started off fine. I started seeing cracks in the driveway. I saw the first one on February 13th, that one lead to the garage. Then I started seeing more cracks and this is on the area of the new concrete that was replaced. This is an area I do not drive on. This is the area of the driveway closest to my home. I called them three times. The first time there was no answer. The second time I got a response and called the private number from the receptionist. The third time I spoke to the owner who in turn said I needed to have the driveway sealed for a cost of $800.00, additional to what I had already spent. It was a verbal estimate over the phone. He then sent the bid out that stated the $800.00 on paper. I called them back one more time and have not received a response. I have called them due to the number of cracks increasing on my driveway."

My workbench is right below the plug. He made a special effort to cover the bench before opening anything. He also used a mop I had sitting there and cleaned the floor dry before leaving.

"Nick and his team were initially very good at our snow removal. They worked with snowblowers rather than a plow, which made for a better cleared driveway. Initially, they came within a reasonable amount of time after a snowfall. But as the season wore on, the team frequently had not showed up even 24 hours after a snowfall - an unacceptable amount of time. Calls to Nick most often went unanswered. If, by chance, he did return a call, Nick was apologetic and polite - but it didn't change the problems. This season, with the first large snowfall, no one showed up - and multiple calls to Nick were never returned."

"The entire process was more than I expected. We met Custom Care Landscaping at a local trade show where we went to gather info on this project that we knew would be long and costly. After interviewing about 4 or 5 company we decided that all in all we liked Custom Care Landscaping the best. The price was in the upper range of the four estimates that we received, but we were assured by references that the quality would be top notch.
We paid about  30% up front and the work began almost immediately. After the flurry of people, trucks and tools that seemed to be controlled chaos. We had an absolutely amazing patio. I dealt with my project manager (Erik) directly and he made changes and assured me that what they had designed is what we will get. Every small detail I had mentioned was taken into account. At one point I had some concerns about the stair design, Erik, myself and my husband sat down and talked for what seemed like hours. Afterwards I felt much better and the design was changed to exactly what we decided on. On his way out the last time we spoke I thanked him for everybody's hard work and the high quality of service. He ask that if we had a few minutes that we review their company on google or whatever site was convenient. Well here it is Erik!
