End of June they began digging by hand stating some equipment had broken. They dug for a few days leaving debris all over the yard. He thought it was a poured basement & said he would have to hire someone. I verified it was a block basement. They were supposed to be done early July. He was not returning text messages & phone calls. The hole remained- no work done. July 12 they finally cut the hole for the window. The outside hole & the cement blocks were moved exposing the house & wiring to the outside after not returning calls or texts. The window installer came on July 26. It took a few weeks for them to clean up the yard. October 5, 2025 i messaged him stating the latch for the window wasn't working. He came out & said it would be taken care of. Never heard back. The installer didnt properly install window and we had water problems"
