"I went with Americare because, at the time of this review, they have nothing but 5 star reviews basically everywhere. I can see why. First, they're very reasonably priced. $60 for the service call, which is applied to any work that needs doing. If there's work to do, labor starts at $109, parts depend on what needs replaced. If the repair ends up being so much you decide to replace the appliance you're out no more than $60. All of this is extremely reasonable in this industry. Rich's communication in scheduling was terrific and timely. He arrived one time and was very courteous and professional. He sorted out our washer's issues quickly. No parts required and the fixes were relatively simple. There was no attempt to stick us with any additional fixes, charges, anything. $109, a few simple explanations, a demonstration that all was working as expected, and he was done. The fix was warrantied for 6 months (if I remember correctly), so if it turns out anything he diagnosed was wrong and needs additional work, the paid fee goes toward that as well. I also asked him about a no-longer-made appliance (a personal valet) which he'd never seen (no one has, it's a legacy of the housing boom), and with which I'd had some problems. In about 2 minutes of looking at it he gave me a pretty good idea of what might be wrong with that as well. Smart kid, very nice, very professional, will be the first person I call anytime I need appliance work period."

"First time using C M All Appliance Repair LLC. From the first contact, Ruth answered the phone, and she could not have made it easier to schedule and accommodate my timeframe. Her customer service skills should be bottled. Justin was my service technician. He notified me when he was on his way and when he arrived and was exactly within the timeframe stated. Justin was masked, professional, polite, and an EXCELLENT appliance repairman. He explained every step of the process and was able to repair my dishwasher door to its prior to functioning glory. I cannot convey how happy this made me. Justin then really made sure it was repaired properly, but all the things back in place, and double and triple the doors functionality, fit, and alignment. He packed up his tools, said goodbye, and was off to his next appointment. I am very pleased with C M All Appliance Repair LLC and recommend them highly without hesitation. As I said, from the first contact all the way to saying good-bye to my assigned repairman, Justin, this company is legit!"

"The servicemen responded to the request for repair of my dishwasher within minutes after it was made. They were at my house within 90 minutes of the initial request on a Sunday, which was in itself remarkable. Once at my home, they thoroughly inspected the appliance and diagnosed the problem, after considering various diagnoses. While here, I mentioned that there was an issue with the circuitboard of my oven range, and they took a look at that without hesitating. They determined that I would need to replace the circuitboard, as no particular repair could be made, and then proceeded to look up the part for me from multiple local parts stores. They provided me with the price for the part and ultimately told me that it was an easy installation that I could likely handle on my own, so as to save me the money on labor. They mentioned that if I needed any assistance, that I could call them and they would be happy to walk me through the installation over the phone. After all this, I was only charged a visit fee which was very reasonable, considering it was a Sunday. Overall, Rays reflects itself as an honest, personable, and competent appliance repair company. I ll be recommending them to friends and colleagues, and will personally use them for future repair needs."

"Dean showed up in the time window he gave me. Friendly, and answered any questions i had about the dryer. He even suggested i blow out the vent pipe with a leaf blower. He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.!"
