I am a detailed technical person and I had many questions for Steve over several weeks after his initial visit. Steve professionally responded to all my questions and accommodated my specific requirements into a revised proposal. He followed through on his promise to come to my home on the day of installation to help me submit all available rebates. I honestly could not believe it, we had everything (yes, everything) done within about 10 minutes (mostly because Steve has done about a million of these rebate submissions, so he could probably do them in his sleep). After helping me with my rebates and getting his crew started, Adam, Mike, and Nick got to work on the installation. The installation went extremely well and everything was professionally done.
