"Joe’s Appliance repair called me back, the very next day, to set up an apt, according to my schedule, not their convenience. The day of the apt, Robert called me before he left the store to verify I was at home. <br /> Robert ran a short cycle the see if he could get error codes to guide him in the repair but no error codes came up. This was not done by R-tech. <br /> Robert then pulled the manual (stored behind a panel at the foot of the washer) to double check on how to get into the error codes. This was NOT done by R-tech. <br /> Robert checked the codes and found the water valve was letting in air. He kept a record of what he thinks is wrong today and if he has to return he will be prepared. <br /> Total cost $128 for a one hour service call, with a 30 day guarantee on work - very reasonable. <br />"
