He answered my calls and texts in a timely fashion. The price was transparent and very reasonable. We easily discussed added work and price adjustments that were all very fair. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"I have been completely satisfied with providers I've used thru Angie's List but this guy was not forthcoming. I needed a roofer due to a damaged kitchen ceiling and an approaching storm on the horizon. Unfortunately, I chose Otto over another provider. Originally, he gave me an estimate of $5,000. Ten minutes after he left, he called me to say he didn't measure the roof accurately & asked for $2,000 more. Due to the emergency situation, I agreed. Once, he had the product he told me the roof would last for twenty years. After he completed the job with the exception of finishing a strip over the inside porch, he said oh, the roof probably won't last twenty years! One of his workers left 2 strips of attached staples on top of the roof. He never came back to complete the job. I called several times within the next two years. At least 6 times he promised to come & finally, the last time I spoke with him was spring of 2017. His final response was "I decided I'm not coming out to finish the job". I would never recommend him to anyone. His attitude was lousy & he was anything but forthcoming.."

"I wish I could had the option to give this company ZERO stars! I have never ever posted a negative review. However, I thought it was necessary to warn people about this "company". I had a service done for Thanksgiving, a full cleaning, and tipped ahead of time generously. Still, my family was taken advantage of by this company. An outside contractor was hired to clean windows and tall appliances. This was not mentioned to me ahead of time, no information about this entire "cleaning" was emailed to me prior. During the time they were here, the contracted company broke an antique light fixture that we had in the home. I was very pleasant about it and contacted the owner of "A Star Quality Cleaning Services" afterwards. This was not the only issue that was found. After the girls rushed out of the home to get onto their next client (without providing a walk through as discussed), there were many rooms that still had areas left that were unclean. We had just moved into an older house and didn't expect it to be immaculate after. However, what transpired the following interactions with Tracy was the WORST I could ever imagine experiencing!!! I called and emailed afterwards with pictures to show the job that was done. She initially promised to come by a later date as she was out of town and we would arrange a time. I was promised a partial refund to make-up for the disappointing services and broken appliance. She told me a time and date, NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED BACK. She told me I was "playing games with her" when I had to reschedule because my grandfather passed away! The message I got from her after trying to reschedule was absolutely atrocious and unbelievable from a supposed business owner or human being. She did not show up purposely for some terrible vendetta. After months of trying to get ahold of them for follow-up or to fix what THEY BROKE I have been left aside. I hope no one ever has to go through this with them. For your sake, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!"
