"Paul had repaired some trimming around electric meter box and siding outside the house. He was very prompt, quickly stopped by to look at the problem and available siding pieces, sent me a very reasonable proposal for the job and did the repairs during the break between Christmas and New Year. It's a small job, and I was very skeptical that Paul would handle it right away, but he did fix everything and even repaired another damage to the siding free of charge! "Gary and his team gutted and expanded bathrooms, installed wood floors, installed smart toilets, replaced countertops, kitchen sinks, electrical work, installed a whole house generator, installed ductless systems in areas of the house that needed additional heating /AC as well as replaced a few windows. "We chose 5 star for our exterior remodel. Mike was professional and very helpful in helping us choose the type, style, and colors for our siding and doors. The crew that did the work were also professional and very thorough with their work. Everything came out beautifully and installed correctly. No cutting corners with these gentlemen. The price was a little higher than some other contractors, but the quality of material and quality in their workmanship was worth it. One door was delivered with the incorrect glass (distributor issue), but remedied quickly."

"We had to get some stucco done on the home, contacted Anthony Daly, who came out to look at what exactly needed repairing. Once we agreed on the updates, the crew came out to do the work. The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. After the updates were completed, we received many compliments and people wanted to know who did the work."

"Overall our experience was slightly above average. We hired Paddy's and provided a deposit on June 1, 2017 and did not have the new roof installed until July 8, 2017. This occurred only after I complained and requested a refund on July 5, 2017. We were told initially they were a little behind due to the weather, but in mid-June I received a call about my request through Home Advisor and did I still want an estimate? It seems like they may be a little disorganized, or need to improve their communication internally. I called a couple times throughout June about scheduling the project, and felt like I was getting the runaround. Also, apparently their project manager went on vacation the first week in July, which seemed to cause major issues with scheduling and I guess they didn't have a backup plan despite this being an extremely busy time of year for them. But when I explained to them I would be traveling in July and needed to have the roof completed or a refund, they quickly got it done. The day of the installation, the crew arrived on time, worked hard and did a fairly good job with clean up. We have 5 dogs so we did our own clean up of the yard, picking up small pieces of leftover debris and some nails and would recommend the same for anyone with dogs. The roof looks good and we believe we got a good product for a fair price. Although it took much longer than expected to schedule our roof installation, Paddy's made the effort to correct the issue. There was a minor hiccup with scheduling the final inspection. Again this seemed to be more an issue with communication among their staff, and it worked out fine in the end. Their staff were all very friendly and professional at all times. How a company handles problems is just as important as their initial service. Although I would have preferred things had gone more quickly and smoothly from the start, they took responsibility and made the effort to correct the problem and ensure we were satisfied."
