Every day they went about their business as professionals. When something unexpected came up or they had questions, Miguel informed me immediately and we discussed and resolved how best to move forward. List of jobs performed: Drywall repair, room painting, flooring installation in kitchen and bedrooms, new shower installation, replaced carpeting in two rooms and on stairs, deck post replacements, deck sanding and staining. They made sure to move or cover nearby items while working to protect them, cleaned up at the end of each day, and brought a dumpster to collect and haul away the trash and debris. "I paid an excessive amount of money to replace the heating system. The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."
