"<p>Tom was just wonderful and very helpful. I did not know at the time but Tom was on vacation when I called. He still returned my call. We made arrangements for him to  come see how much the job would cost. His price was lower than two others. He also told me about a $1900.00 rebate I was eligible for but did not know about.  </p> <p>We had to have some workers come in to remove the asbestos and old boiler. Tom came back to Spfld. to check and to make sure all was going as it should. He told me it would take about a day and a half to remove the asbestos and old boiler. Which it did. The following Monday Tom came to install the new boiler. He also fixed some other small problems I had.  I didn't even have to ask him to do them. He got the job done fast and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself every time he worked at my house. </p> <p> I had my house up for sale and it was sold just a day or so before the installation was complete. Tom reassured me he would be happy to talk to the new owners to explain whatever they wanted or needed to know about the new boiler. The new owners told me he did give them a run down on the boiler. </p> <p>Tom did the work in a very timely manner and did a great job.</p> <p>One other very nice thing he did was, he called me about a month after the installation just to see how I was doing. "I was very happy with the service provided by Anthony and his crew.  They communicated with me constantly, were easy to approach with questions and they worked quickly. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened.
