"3" blacktop overlay was decent. Whatever you do, don't hire the kid to seal the blacktop when he comes begging one year after the blacktop install. Amateur sealing at best. You'd get better results hiring an 8th grader. He did NOT remove overgrown grass laying on blacktop edges and just sprayed the grass around all the edges leaving blacktop underneath untouched. They use an INFERIOR product with a sprayer and no brushing to fill in the voids. Looked great for 3 months then you can see swirls left by the sprayer and was downright embarrassing when company came over. Promised to come back in a couple weeks to fill in the warranty cracks but ended up ghosting us and never returning our calls. He took the money and ran. Homeowners BEWARE. Don't bother responding Howie, your son Matt is an embarrassment to your company."

"We had our asphalt driveway removed and replaced. The original work looked good - it was completed when we were not at home - bad timing on our part. After one year, we reported some cracking, sent pictures as requested and was told it was normal settling. Year 2, cracks were more pronounced, we sent pictures as requested, and were told someone would come our to look at it. We were ghosted several times, didn't receive return phone calls - it was very frustrating. Couldn't get past customer service to speak to anyone. No owner, no manager, no project manager. Long story short, they refused to "do business with us anymore" and wouldn't stand by their work. Pictures attached of year 3 - don't work with this company."

"TY and his crew (Ozzy with Asphalt, Luis with Brick) did an amazing job turning our one-car outdated driveway (25 years old) into a new beautiful asphalt drive! We added a landing pad for another car in the front as well as redid our front walkway. Luis' crew did a fantastic job with the brick and Ozzy's crew equaled that with our asphalt drive. TY was helpful, extremely responsive, and dedicated to doing us right by his work. He was quick to reply back with any questions and communicate any ideas or scheduling changes. Luis and Ozzy were also very kind and their crews worked really hard to deliver what we think was an amazing end product! The only small caveat was that they did not fill the hole in our small patch of grass in front of the walk despite TY telling us that they would, and there was a bit of clean up on our end after they left (sweeping, spraying down the patio, etc.) Not a big deal to us, but figured it was worth mentioning here. I would absolutely recommend working with TMW Enterprises as their prices were fair and descriptive, they were very responsive with communication, and all of the crews were punctual, kind, and hard-working! They even let my nephew watch them for a bit and engaged with him. If we need any paving work done in the future, we'll absolutely call on them. Thanks!"
