"Ryan initially did an acceptable job with the overall master shower job. The problem - I requested a change in grout color along the outside of the shower area along the floor as it dried to a poor match with the original tile floor grout color . I was promised that he would come back to complete this simple adjustment using a different grout color. Simple fix! After many attempts to contact him, he has failed to call or text me back. He has totally blown this off! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't disrespect customers by making empty promises. I am very disappointed with him personally and I will not use Grout Medic or recommend the company to individuals."

He let us know he was on the way for our appointment and after inspecting the rooms quoted us a fair price. He managed to clean all our surfaces in several hours and they looked amazing. "Very good service as to the cleaning itself -- would recommend wholeheartedly. Only problem was that they never called to say they were accepting the offer or to schedule a visit. Then they showed up unannounced on a day I specifically asked via Angie's List that they not come. Only one employee did the work, but he did a super job. I recommend anyone using them to call and make the effort to communicate -- it was lucky that my plans changed and I happened to be home when they came."

He also answered all my questions which is always a plus. Carpet cleaning was quick only took about an hour and the results were superb. Price was very reasonable as well."
