That and they already had the roof ripped up so we were forced to pay whatever they wanted to continue. Additionally, they insisted it would be better for them to replace the fascia while doing the roof. Well, see the pictures to see what they considered ?done?. At no point did they indicate that they were only going to spot replace small sections (and actually cut existing fascia just to put a small plank in)"

"They replaced cracked tiles, and replaced the underlayment on leaking area with good rubberized material. Reset a lot of tiles that just moved from the wind. Sealed around all vent pipes. They done more than I expected."
