Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. "A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time.
