JW did very thorough work, all issues fixed/repaired, new access door installed, and finished product works great. "I wish I had found Reliant Assembly first!!  When I called Reliant Assembly, Kenny was very polite, professional and knowledgable about my basketball goal and the installation process. After agreeing upon the date, he kept us informed about the timing and process for my installation.  During phase 1 (2 part process), he showed up and did what was necessary for phase 1.  Because of the weather/scheduling, phase 2 was looking to fall on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day).  Kenny knew and understood I had 2 little boys who were chomping at the bit to have their basketball goal installed, so instead of scheduling phase 2 for after the holiday (potentially 3 additional days), he came on on Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend to complete the job.  The result is a phenomenal basketball goal and 2 ecstatic little boys (and parents)!  Thank you Kenny (Reliant Assembly) for making this installation process flow so smoothly.   <br /> One last thing, as Kenny was leaving, I inquired about a mechanical issue I was having with my garage door opener and without hesitation not only did he take a look at it...he fixed it saving me a large deductible!  I would 1000 %  recommend Reliant Assembly and will definintely use them again for any future installation/assembly needs. <br />"

"The installation was extremely professional. The crew arrived on time and finished in two hours. They were very friendly and covered both the floor and the furniture in the living room. "I came home from work one day  to find a serious brownout situation in my end-unit townhouse. The odd thing was, only certain circuits were affected -- mainly on the first floor. The lights were on, but only at about half the usual output. Other devices were struggling -- like a Comcast TV set-top box was in a constant state of rebooting. Circuits on other floors were unaffected. I checked the breaker box and found nothing out of the ordinary there. I immediately suspected a power company problem and canvassed a couple of my neighbors. No problem there. I called my power company (BG&E) and they told me the problem was probably in my house and I should a call an electrician. <br /> I searched Angie's for the nearest A-rated electrician and found C.D. Williams. I was a little put-off when an telephone-answering service (live person) answered the call, but she said I would get a call from the company  within five minutes. Sure enough a tech called. I described the problem; he asked a few questions, told me to disconnect any computers or other electronic equipment, and he would arrive within the hour. He was there fifty minutes later. <br /> First he checked the breaker box. He had to remove the outer metal frame to take some measurements with a meter. Then he went outside to take more measurements at the power company's meter. In a little more that 10 minutes he had determined that the problem was indeed with the power company and only they could remedy the situation. Since he was there, I questioned him about some other electrical work I was contemplating, mainly a heat lamp assembly in a second floor bathroom. He advised a proper heater instead, and did extensive research on how a circuit might be added (it could not tap into the existing circuit) and how to route the wires. <br /> In all he was there for about an hour. He charged me $195.00, their standard fee for emergency service, which I agreed to beforehand and thought was fair. When I presented him with a 10%-off coupon for first-time Angie's List customers. He said he could not honor it for emergency service. Instead he offered me an additional 10% off on my first regular service, and added wording to my coupon to that effect with his signature. A nice touch. <br /> I was thoroughly satisfied with J.D. Williams Electrical Service and intend to hire them in the future. They were responsive, punctual, professional and competent. <br /> Oh yeah. I called BG&E and told them what my electrician said. They sent a guy out and he arrived an hour later (I was a little surprised because on the phone they basically  said he'll get there when he gets there) and he told me he found the problem and had dispatched a crew and "you'll probably have full power by bedtime". It was 8 o'clock. I didn't have full power until 11 AM the next day, but I'm not complaining. What I did complain to BG&E's billing office about was that I just spent $200 for a private electrician to tell me what BG&E should have known and they should offer me a credit on my bill. You know what they said? "Fuggedaboutit" <br /> <br />"
