We thought he was more experienced as a mason, but now we are not so sure. He made rookie mistakes, never completed the job, and now the mortar has cracked. I am not in the habit of posting reviews (good or bad) but I could not let this go. All Mike had to do for our job to be complete was the waterproofing. We have had holidays and bad weather since he finished the bulk of the work, but there have been multiple opportunities. We asked him the product he uses so my husband can complete this job, he never responded. We feel stupid for giving the final payment before the job was complete. Sadly, we trusted that he would come back. I even gave him a tip as it was before the holidays. It is difficult to find trustworthy contractors these days. We wish Mike no ill will, but cannot recommend his work."
