"I hired Bob Phalan for repairs and renovation of a rental unit in Dorchester that had wear and tear from multiple tenants. Bob worked on replacing exterior clapboards, renovating the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting all walls and trim throughout the unit. He also plastered damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a good problem solver and can suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. I would definitely hire him again."

"My experience with Espinoza home improvement was the best experience, they came as soon as possible when I needed a repair to be done soon as possible. He explained me how the process goes and he also took pictures of all the work he done. The crew came on time and were very nice to us. I thank them having my repair job done quick due to more up coming storms in my areas and the great quality work they did for me."

"Daragh was punctual and true to his word. The quality of the painting was okay and there was paint splattered in the bathroom area that was not being painted so the low rating is due to that. The trim painting was not high quality- I will need to go over several areas with more paint."

"They were very organized and left the house (yard) clean of any debris. The roof looks great and their price is very competitive."
