VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

"One night around 10:30 I happened to notice water leaking out of somewhere in my boiler room. I panicked and called Damaso Plumbing. This is the first time I called them and Brian called me back immediately and was out at my house within 30 minutes to stop the leak. It ended up being my expansion tank that had corroded and sprung a leak. Brian was able to use a temporary tank to get me through the night with heat and hot water until the next day when he returned with a new tank. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. "I had two jobs one was very good as the senior plumber installed the new water line for fridge for the regular price and brought the connection valve which I asked for and hooked it up the second day. The second job to install the toilet was done by a young man. It leaked from the toilet right away. They came back and the senior plumber tightened things up. It did not work and they have not responded. With toilet fluids leaking onto me good floor. I hired another plumber who took the toilet off the floor and showed me the broken flange that should have been replaced. Toilet was sitting on it and having been separated from old toilet was stuck to it most probably. It was no good. He came back and changed it and reinstalled the toilet. It does not leak. That should have been obvious to any untrained eye. A plumber would have seen it. The young man was getting trained. The senior plumber should have taken toilet off.
