The team arrived in a reasonable period of time and quickly restored our power. The team also explained what caused the electrical failure and proposed alternative solutions to prevent recurrence. The estimate was fair, and we contracted them to do the work, which was completed over multiple days, with excellent communication and quality of work. The team was professional. "I had a federal pacific panel replaced. The technician and work were professional. However, I explained to the technician that I lost power in a large section of wall. After the job was complete, I found I still didn’t have power in the wall. Now I’m being told it is a separate job and cost. An explanation before having the work done about it being a separate problem and needing additional work would have been very helpful. All I’m told now is they can come out for a service call which is $212 plus whatever the issue is. This was a miscommunication error on Mr. Electrics side. I informed the tech about the problem and there was no testing on the wall afterwards. Very disappointed."
