When Mark came out, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. His coworker, Domeigo (I am unsure how to spell his name) was also fantastic. You could tell the two men had a great work relationship. He was dedicated, friendly, and detailed as well. This company goes above and beyond to make your floors look amazing! I did not expect my floors to turn out so well! Yet they turned out so beautiful! I could not be happier! I am so happy to have this 1 piece of my home completed. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Lastly, I highly appreciate their communication. Everyone involved kept me posted, explained the process, and communicated about every step. Rental sanders can address moderate surface damage, but their effectiveness depends on scratch depth and overall floor condition. Drum sanders offer the most aggressive removal capability for deeper imperfections.
