"Jesus and his painting crew were A+++ AMAZING on all levels. His communication was exceptional, his work was perfection and detailed. Jesus installed crown molding for our entire downstairs. His painters painted our whole downstairs, tall hallway up to the loft, loft and master bedroom and the crown molding too. They all worked very hard, long hours finishing this large project in 5 days! The painters were so detailed on all of the trim and edges. I have painted several rooms and even houses. The attention to detail is beyond professional. We just couldn't be happier with the end result. This was uncomfortable for me to pay someone to paint since I have done it so many times. The time they saved me was worth it alone, but the quality and attention to detail has me blown away. The painted crown molding looks so beautiful on the newly painted walls. These are two art forms in my opinion, if you want the best for your house, I highly recommend doing both and Jesus is the only one to call. "We had two skylights that were leaking in heavy rain conditions in spite of minor repairs. Gary Brand of G.A. Brand Renovations inspected them, recommended replacement with new units, and gave us a free estimate for the replacement. He identified some modern energy efficient skylights and we contracted to have him do the replacement. He removed the old skylights, rebuilt the roof opening, installed the skylights, installed the flashing and shingles, and sealed everything. No more leaks. He then trimmed out the interior opening, stained the trim to match existing trim, and installed remotely-operated, solar-powered shades. It was a top-notch job.
