My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim as an owner is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. The whole team is very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. In the future we need anything that “The Patio Room Factory” offers, we will not hesitate to reach out to them. Thanks again!"

"Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. "Steven seems like a nice enough guy and he seems to have sufficient technical knowledge of tiling. That said, Steven either has very low detail focus or exerts as little effort as possible (I truly don't know which). He does only "OK" work on his own (some uneven tiles and non-uniform grouting) but wants the customer to work side-by-side with him throughout the job to tell him whenever he does something that the customer believes is unacceptable. His justification for this is that "everyone has different opinions" about what is acceptable. So, if you aren't diligent in catching poor work, you will get merely an OK job. To be fair, he will gladly fix customer-identified problems. If you have the time and desire to work with him throughout the job to point out problems, then he may fine. If you, like us, are busy, are not a price buyer, and want a motivated professional who delivers objectively high-quality tile work with minimal "babysitting", you should probably look elsewhere."

"Company was great from start to finish. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."
