Bryan is an enthusiastic and approachable owner and was very attentive to my needs and ideas. Fence construction was painless and very fast for such a large yard. I figured it would be a 4 day job, but they were done in 2. Demolition was very neat and tidy. Very little debris left behind from the old chain link. The crew was respectful of my property and kept my landscaping unharmed, which I appreciate very much. The fence is PERFECT. It's just absolutely perfect in every way. My only small complaint was that the gate didn't turn out super great, but I they have promised to make it right in the fall when they return to inspect and seal the wood. I will update to 5 stars across the board if that promise is kept, which I have no doubt it will be. Overall, an amazing experience with a group that did everything they promised and more at competitive rates. I can't recommend this company enough, and I absolutely love my new fence. "TPM is an excellent company to do business with. They built my fence on the property just after I bought it so that I had a run for my dogs. Fence and three gates are very solid and one of them is large enough for my 48” riding mower. In other words the work they do is customized to your needs. They also built my 24’X 36’ workshop and I could not be happier with it. My only regret is that I did not have TPM pour the concrete slab as they would have done that work cheaper and the quality would have been far better. TPM just recently added a 10’X24’ lean to shed for my workshop so that I can now store my tractor out of the weather. There is nothing I would not trust TPM to do for me and I would give them the highest recommendation. Really good people doing excellent work!!!"

To avoid upheavals or other issues, bury your fence post so the depth exceeds the frost line, or about one-third to one-half of the aboveground height of your post. Check with your local code requirements to determine the right depth for your home since it varies by location.
If a fence borders your neighbor’s property, you must inform your neighbor in advance about the installation. You share the responsibility for repair and maintenance in such cases, so both parties are held accountable by local regulations.
