They were kind and professional, and excellent at communicating steps, shipments, and start dates. On site they were respectful of our property and cleaned up nicely afterwords. "The folks at lances hidden fence were very nice and works quickly when they came. However, some of the wire around our yard was not completely buried. Also some of our plants Were damaged."

"Mr. Morrison provided an initial estimate last summer. When I was ready to have him do the job, he came out to take another look but the estimate didn't change. The fence was built by 2 of his employees, Steve and Mike. They were polite and agreeable, very careful to make sure things turned out the way I wanted. It took a little longer than they'd thought, but that was mostly due to the weather. They cleaned up after the job was complete. The fence looks great and we are very pleased."

We called Skip @ Elite Fence and he worked with us on a consolidated labor contract to come in lower than any competitors bid. Yet, he was still willing to split the invoices out for each of us to pay independently. Great, right?!

Then, Skip and his crew at Elite Fence got to work. After two days on the project, the quality and caring was apparent. It was so apparent that two different neighbors ended up contacting Skip about doing their properties as well. "Our rear fence line was slowly leaning more and more each year so we called F&DD to get an estimate for repair. The sales rep was on time and we had an honest conversation about repair vs. replacement. Although our fence is older, it's still in ok condition and while a brand new fence would look great, there's still some life left in it so we opted to repair. It took about two weeks for the repair techs to make it out and the lead tech was knowledgeable and polite. He asked if it was ok to reuse any posts that were still in good condition. In trade, he would replace any pickets around the yard that were damaged. While that's certainly a win for their column as a picket is less material than a post, I thought it was an ok compromise. Work was accomplished by two techs in one day. They kept their footprint light and they walked me through the project upon completion. They replaced about half the posts and replaced about the same amount of pickets. I would certainly hire or recommend in the future."

"It went great! Jeff came out and made sure that he divided the duplex directly down the middle and got to work really fast. The job was tough because he had to go through a lot of concrete and blacktop but he got it done. He also installed a gate for each side and they're great. We did have an issue with the way one was settling, nothing that was done on his part, and he came right out and adjusted the gates. We will 100% use them again for any of her fence needs."

"They sourced and installed ten 12' emerald arborvites which are very difficult to find. They also did our spring clean up of all out mulch beds. The initial order was for 8 trees but once they were installed we decided that we needed 2 more trees, within 24 hours the 2 additional trees were installed. Just a great job by S.A.T.!"
