The crew that did the work was great. They estimated it to be a 1-2 day project and it ended up taking 2 days. I was really impressed with the cleanup. I was worried about nails in the yard because we have a couple of dogs and a riding lawn mower. They have these huge magnets they roll around in the yard that pick everything up. I only found a few nails by the gutter downspouts that drained from the gutters when it rained. Hire this company if you need a new roof."

"I wasn't at home but my son said he was pleasant and I was pleased to have such a quick response and no mess to clean up.  I was able to schedule an appointment online at their website before I left for work at 7am even though they don't open until 8am.  I had a coupon and notated that in the request.  I asked for a time between 8am and noon that day and they called my son to say they'd be there between 10am and noon.  They also waived the service call fee of $69 in addition to honoring my coupon.  I was so thankful for that as I am a single mother and money is tight.  I called Mr. Quik because I'd had them service my air conditioner earlier in the summer and the repairman was so pleasant that I wanted to repeat business with them."

"I think they did an impeccable work, but I do have two problems with them , The 1st one is that I referred my neighbor, and they did not gave a referral bonus for that. the 2nd one is that The satellite dish blew off the roof. Mr rogers blew that off too."

"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.
