"Awesome! HIGHLY recommend! Rick came to my home for an estimate. He arrived promptly and he gave me a lot of good information which helped me make a decision. He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. "It went very well. Most of the limbs were over buildings on the property, and the crew was careful not to let any of the cut limbs damage my roofs. They cleaned up better than I would have expected. Nicolas even went out of his way to blow out my gutters, as he saw me struggling with that unrelated job."

"We had the roof replaced in August. The roofing team text me the night before and arrived on time. They completed the work in one day. They did a great job cleaning up, and took care not to damage the bushes or flowers when removing the shingles. The roof looks great and we are super happy with the results. We also had a patch of siding reattached and we had a canopy in the way. They told us to contact them when we take it down for the winter and they would come fix it then. I contacted them and they responded and scheduled a time to come out and fix it. The roof was installed in August and we just got the invoice in November for the services. I am assuming it took so long since they went back and forth between our insurance. Ultimately we paid what we had agreed to pay and we are happy about that. Nathan was the contact person for this job and he stayed in contact the whole time and was very polite and professional. Overall we are happy with the results and would recommend this company to people looking for a roof replacement."

"Tim and his crew were excellent! He was able to complete the chimney repairs quickly, despite a a steep roof and a narrow driveway without much room to set up the scaffolding. The new mortar looks lovely, and has kept the rain out. Tim stayed in constant contact in the days leading up to the project, so I always knew what our timeline would be. He and his crew were great!"

"From the beginning the sales agent, Scott was very professional and upfront about the materials being used and costs. He worked with me and my insurance company to get the best cost (and within my budget). On the day the job was to be done, the roofing crew and foreman were very punctual and the work being done was very efficient. The crew had all the roofing installed and all exterior work done in one day as promised. The second day was for boxing in the skylights on the interior and this was completed in about half a day. All-in-all, Rogers did a fantastic job and I will be using them again for my windows and entry doors.

   Be very careful if you are planning to do business with Bee Windows. Last year on 9/23/14 we signed a $9000.00 contract

to install seven sliding and four custom windows with Bee. The job was delayed because a window was broken, and again

because a  custom mismeasured window did not fit. After I refused a request from an employee for final payment I received

a call from a male co owner and I told him I would pay when the job was finished.

     I made final payment on 11/26/14, only to discover the night latches had not been installed. After making at least a dozen

calls and a series of broken promises to come out and discuss the situation,  a lady made a surprise visit to my house and 

identified herself as the co owner and said the latches couldn't be installed once the windows had left the factory and promised

Bee would cut and paint customized flat sticks to vent the windows. While this 80 year old senior was well aware that this was

a rotten deal, I didn't feel up to a fight and agreed to this fix. Well over a month has passed and I have heard nothing from Bee

regarding the "flat custom sticks."

     These people (when I could get ahold of them) were unfailingly polite. Although it sometimes felt like pulling teeth to get it

finished (with exceptions noted), the finished product was acceptable. However, I can't help feeling like we have been stung

by the Bees. And to think, I had such high hopes when the queen walked in.
