"On the coldest day of the year, with Portland an ice rink, our fridge started warming up to a balmy 60 degrees. Not good.
Within three hours of the service call, Corey (Ice Man) was on site, fixing it. Our service call window was 12-2pm, and he was onsite by 12:30pm. Corey is professional, courteous, and you can tell that he's excited about talking to customers about appliances and appliance repair. He even offered to fix someone else's work (the water delivery system) and was quick to show us how to avoid trouble with kinked water hoses in the future.

"We replaced our kitchen counters with solid (quartz). We used the contractors plumber to reinstall our dishwasher. He glued it to the under side of the solid counter. But, it came loose after 6 months. Called Larry. He suggested I try gluing a hardwood strip, strong contractor glue, to the under side of the counter. Then fasten the dishwasher to the wood strip through the brackets that came with the dishwasher using screws. I did that and it seems to work great. Oh, there was no problem with the plumbing. Thanks, Larry."
