"Outstanding work! Before he arrived we moved our beds out of the way, and moved our cars out of the driveway. James called and arrived a few minutes early. Very professional and polite. He toured my house, decided the best way to get the compressor hose in, and covered all of the ducts. He worked at it for 3 hours and although it wasn't as loud as I expected, I could hear as he went from vent to vent. The charge was 5% less because we had an Angi coupon. Total cost $470. About $200 cheaper than our furnace company quote! We will definitely use them again. Thanks again, B. Swanson"

"I would double the number of stars (i.e. 10 stars) if possible! Burton Pest Control is not only a great company, but the owner, Ray, is such a great person! He is extremely honest, approachable, kind, generous and considerate; on top of his excellent skill and experience in the work he carried out! Our home was infested with mice in the crawlspace which had caused damage to the heat ducts and insulation. Ray had come 3 times to install traps and caught them all; sealed the surrounding foundation; and checked everything possible to make sure there is no space for the animals to enter again! On one occasion when he was going to start the work, the entrance cover to the crawlspace was broken and the crawlspace is not accessible. Ray immediately came up with some trick to remove it and then rebuilt the whole cover for me afterwards. Now the crawlspace is easily accessible from inside the home! Last but not (never) the least: the cost of these highly valuable services is extremely fair! All I can say is that he charged me a little more than half of the charge from another 5-star company I called, and likely to have provided two times better service! Thanks, Ray. I was very glad to have called you for service for the first time; and will surely call you again any time when I need pest control service in the future!"

"I do not recommend ABLE Heating and Cooling. I have a zoned HVAC system in my home. I called ABLE in June because I was not getting any heating or cooling in my downstairs zone. We set up an appointment for an ABLE tech to come out to my house and look into my problem and do an over all HVAC system check. The tech found that a valve in my zoning system had failed and needed to be repaired/replaced. He also found that my air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. We setup an appointment for a team to come out and repair my zoning valve and install the new A/C unit. ABLE even gave me a discount because I was having both items taken care of at the same time. The team came out and installed and tested the new A/C unit but didn’t spend much time on the zoning valve. Nor did they test it. After they left, I checked and I was still not getting any hot or cold air downstairs. So, I called ABLE to get the problem fixed. We set a date, but the day of the appointment ABLE called and said that the installation manager who was supposed to do my repair had to cover for someone who had called in sick. This left me wondering why the sick guy’s jobs were more important than mine. It became clear to me that fixing my problem was not a priority for ABLE. I cancelled my service request and requested a refund of the funds I had already paid ABLE for the zoning problem they never fixed."

"After much research on the web, including Angie’s List and the Oregon CCB, I hired Oregon Ducts, Inc. in May 2021 to clean the furnace ducts in my 15 year old Wilsonville home. I was not disappointed in Oregon Duct’s work. Steve - the owner - was the best: knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking, and just a darn nice person! I know from my research that a lot of companies use just a shop vac, brush, and sometimes an air compressor to clean ducts. I’m a hardcore do-it-yourselfer, so I was really curious how Steve would go about this project. He had lots of specialized equipment (and he used different techniques) to clean the branch and main supply ducts, return ducts, and furnace plenum, and his whole truck is a huge and powerful vacuum cleaner. Steve is incredibly thorough – a true professional who takes pride in doing the job right. I’m so lucky I hired Oregon Ducts."
