"I appreciated how methodical Jon-Marc was in diagnosing the problem behind the leak in the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs bathtub, which appeared at first to be a failed shower diverter. But, when, after removing the faucet, the physical evidence inside the wall did not match what he expected to see with that issue, he kept looking and testing. Eventually, he identified the real problem as a failed seal around the wall soap dish, which plumbers don't repair. However, he also established that there is nothing wrong with the bathtub plumbing, which is good to know. He installed a new diverter, as the old one was starting to fail. Jon-Marc was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and good at his job. He answered all my questions, explained what he would be doing, and stayed until the job was finished. He also kindly found that the leaking garbage disposal had rusted out. This was the second time I hired 3 Mountains Plumbing. I highly recommend the company and would hire them again."

"We were very happy with our main bathroom remodel in summer of 2023. We found Ron on Angi after several attempts to find a contractor through other friends in the area who others had used in the past. Unlike other contractors, Ron called us back and showed up to our scheduled appointment to talk about what we wanted to do. He was very open and seemed interested in what WE wanted to do. He also offered suggestions that could work with our remodel as well. He provided us a quote that was timely, but slightly higher than we thought we would have to pay. Ron collaborated with us to make our budget more reasonable for us. We chose him as our contractor after this. Ron's process with finish selection was very organized as he had go-to places for each selection for our bathroom (ie. cabinets, flooring, tile, bathroom hardware, etc.) We liked Ron and his team as they provided regular updates and timelines of how the process works and what would come next in the process. And THEY SHOWED UP when they said they would. We had only minor hick ups during the process and the everything turned out amazing. We are so happy with our fresh, new bathroom. We would definitely hire Ron and his team again for future projects."

"Edit: Stars have been lowered because the tile was not sealed properly, so the edges started flaking off within a year. The threshold to the hallway was not planned properly by the contractor, and a metal piece was installed to fill a gap, which looks extremely cheap and we paid a lot for the remodel. We had agreed upon a built in wood cabinet/closet to replace the built in one that was already there, but due to the contractor wanting to get the job done, we were give a melamine one made by Closets to go which looks so out of place in a 1926 home, and so cheap. We realized later that the bid cost was not adjusted accordingly. The mahogany moulding around the door was removed and replaced with pressed wood moulding, which looks terrible, and the same moulding was used around part of the bottom of a wall, and chips/crumbles very easily. The contractor also failed to bring enough caulk to fully seal the tub/shower at the end of the job, and we had to seal the remainder. Further, a lot of extra tile was ordered, which we paid for, and were told belonged to the contractor when the job was done, and that and we could not keep it. Overall, we are really disappointed with some of the work that was done due to quality issues, and also it was also shady that so much extra tile was purchased and paid for by us, yet the contractor claimed it belonged to him at the close of the job, and took the tile with him We had 5 Star Home Renovations do a complete remodel of our 1926 year old house bathroom. This included marble tile to the ceiling in the bathtub surround, marble tile on the lower half of all of the walls, medium hex floor tile, installing an exhaust fan, replacing the light fixture, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, wiring and outlet near the toilet for a warm water bidet, molding around the door, and a replacement of the built in closet. Joe was super responsive anytime we called or emailed with questions during the renovation. He and his crew were professional, punctual, kept work areas clean, and were respectful of the house during the renovation."
