The new loam with minimal seed now just looks like larger patches than when we started the project. Also the mulch delivery truck left three large light color scrape marks in my new driveway. Accidents happen but no one acknowledged and/or apologized. Contacted Elder about looking at the seeding issue and he said he would stop by to which he no showed. Tried to contact a couple more times and he just ignored me. He seems like a good enough guy but depending on your project YMMV. For the money spent, I would not recommend to someone else."
