"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "I was initially upset because I had purchased an Angies's promo of 16 man hours of painting. when the owner came to scope the job I said I wanted the house painted - particularly the places I could not reach without an extension ladder. He said they wouldn't be able to finish the work within the 16 man hours and quoted me the cost to finish the 2 sides of the house. When they were finished on day 2 after only 1/2 the day, I felt I had been overcharged to finish the work in order to offset the deal I paid for - which made the "deal" not really a deal. When I called the owner, he agreed to do an additional 1/2 day. I was initially not pleased with the way this was quoted but the owner did make good on the arrangement to my satisfaction. The painters did a very good job of prepping, painting and cleaning up the property. I was pleased with his painters."
