"After hearing multiple horror stories about construction companies, we expected a bit of a struggle with anyone we hired for our project. Perry Brothers Construction was a breath of fresh air and exceeded our expectations. Our initial visit was with the President of the company, who made us feel confident in the services they could provide to make our dream kitchen a reality. After meeting with the Project Manager and another team member, we started the exciting process to do a full kitchen renovation and then some. Communication was never stagnant, and every question we had was answered quickly, and when a change was required, it was seamless. They brought in professionals for every phase of different work (cabinets/carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc). Every team member that worked the various projects within the renovation was professional, efficient, present, and personable. They cleaned up as they went along throughout the day and never left a mess. We really enjoyed working with them, and our boxer, Frankie, really appreciated their presence and attention! The level of detail that the team put into their work is unmatched and very impressive. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result and we definitely plan to hire Perry Brothers Construction for our next project!"

"Joe and Silmac were hired to do a complete gut and renovation of my master bath to something sleek and modern that my designer and I had put together. I got the recommendation for Joe from a friend who did two bathroom renos with him and the work was beautiful. This bathroom scale was much larger and the quality of the work was top notch. Joe is a perfectionist and it shows, he wants it done perfectly and for you to be happy. I even tacked on adding a wall and enclosing my office space part way through the bathroom and Joe executed that with speed and helped me to make some fast decisions. Joe is responsible obtaining all the necessary permits and inspections and hires quality people. The final product of the bathroom is just what I dreamed. The only major snag we encountered was the shower glass supplier (who was not Joes usual supplier) encountered some delays in the delivery and it impacted timing for the final completion of the project. I’d recommend Silmac again wholeheartedly!"

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. They kept us abreast of the project's updates and always made suggestions for ways to improve the work for aesthetics and/or cost savings ideas. Scott’s work was beautiful and he and his crew paid attention to every detail. The majority of the house required a gut renovation and it came out exquisite. "I first heard about Kinsella Built via a recommendation from one of my co-workers who had used them for a kitchen renovation and raved about how it came out. Prior to reaching out to Kinsella via their web form, I had tried to contact multiple contractors to discuss my project and received no response. As a result, I had low expectations for receiving a timely response (or response at all) so you can imagine my surprise and delight when I got a response within 10 minutes of submitting my form. This proved to be a good omen for the rest of the project. The scope of my project was to do a full remodel of my kitchen and half bath in my condo (e.g. demo to the studs & install all new walls, cabinets, fixtures & appliances). The kitchen and bathroom share a wall and occupy a space of about 95sq ft, with the kitchen taking up about 60% of that space. It's a small space and going into the project, I anticipated that there wouldn't be much that could be changed in the way of the configuration or layout. During my first consultation with the project manager (John), he highlighted a number of options I hadn't considered which could both add storage space and also create the appearance of more space in my kitchen. Throughout the design phase, John was remarkably responsive and insightful which was a welcome change from prior experiences with contractors I've used in the past. John was very hands on throughout the project and accompanied my wife and I to look at countertops where he offered guidance based on recent trends and how they could be accommodated within the constraints of our kitchen space. He also made himself available to respond to random questions that came up during the lead up to the project work on everything from door knob finishes to appliance sizes to cabinet measurements and everything in between. Over a number of weeks, I developed a level of trust and rapport with John that helped put my mind at ease to the point where I ultimately deferred to his judgement on most project decisions. The project took about a month to complete and I was traveling out of town on a different time zone for the vast majority. John kept me up to date on the status of the project throughout and despite a few delays due to resource conflicts and timing of inspections, the remodel was completely finished by the time we returned from our trip. While we had an idea of what the kitchen would look like in our heads, the end result really exceeded our expectations. I'm a stickler for precision and the cabinets and appliances were all completely flush, no major gaps anywhere. Our kitchen looked noticeably bigger due to some of the design tweaks that John suggested. All in all, we were very happy with the end product. I can't recommend Kinsella Built enough - it was a pleasure doing business with them. Looking forward to collaborating with them in the future."

"Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him.
