He also did the carpet in the basement and it looked and smelled perfect!. The furniture that Ricky cleaned looks incredible, including our white llove seats! "Charlie was awesome!!! He arrived on time, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained everything he was going to do prior to starting the job. Charlie was was also very neat while working and was respectful of my home. We had an issue with damaged travertine in our bathroom due to using a grout cleaner that claimed to be for natural stone, specifically travertine. It wasn’t - it damaged and stained it. Charlie honed it and resealed it. He was able to fix the problem and it turned out great, he also cleaned our ceramic tile floor in the kitchen and also recolored the grout. Lastly, he cleaned and sealed our granite counter tops and regrouted the backsplash. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Montvale and will call them for all future issues. If you are fussy and like things done correctly the first time with no drama, call them. You won’t be disappointed!"
