"Great roof, but not inexpensive."

"Roofing Force was awesome. Always responsive during the decision process (had looked at 5 companies) with Doug. Roofing Force was not the cheapest, but after studying reviews, they were the most qualified in the metal roofing we wanted. We definitely got we what paid for. The crew immediately got to work on arrival and didn't stop until it got to dark. All the work was completed in 2 days. Roof is amazing and should save on cooling cost in the summer and more resistant to Kansas weather (had asphalt shingles). The seamless gutters are amazing and the rough construction they did for us to fix the fascia boards is superb. These guys are worth every penny and more. So glad we went with Roofing Force. Their expertise in both detailing the work to be done, helping with the planning of work statement, ethics of the work crew (simply amazing how efficient and expertly completed), the work warranty as well as the warranty on Boral Steel roofing, ensures we wont have to deal with our roof for decades to come. And we also got a bonus of gutter shields so I don't have to climb up on the roof to clean out the fantastic seamless gutters. The new skylights are vastly superior to what we had (recommended by our sales rep Doug). Don't know If I get to add a picture of the work done for us, however, we could not be more pleased with Roofing Force. Simply awesome to work with and the end project result is more than we had hoped for. As far as price, just a few more dollars than their nearest competitor, but when looking at how long Roofing Force has been doing steel roofs, and the length of time their work force has been doing roofing (the crew working for us had 10-16 years of experience per individual with Roofing Force - they knew what they were doing), the buyer simply can not get a better deal or end result. Would without hesitation recommend Roofing Force for not only roofs, but their expertise in seamless gutter and sky lights."

"Sam Harter and his colleagues provided great expertise about what to expect and how to deal with the insurance claim. The roofing crew was exceptional; they did really outstanding work, communicated with us throughout, and did a stellar job cleaning up after the work was complete. The painters did a great job on the interior work; when there was an issue, they immediately made it right and went beyond after that. In a world where it is hard to trust sometimes, I would highly recommend Roof Masters Remodeling to anyone who needs their roof replaced. I expected to pay the full price but Sam knew that our insurance company would probably cover the hail damage we had unknowingly suffered, and he was right every step of the way. "Signed up for a $99 special to have Roca come out and repair a leak in my roof.  Blake told me that I should contact my insurance because he felt I needed a new roof.  I had submitted a claim less than a year prior which was denied of a new roof.  Blake helped me with the insurance process and meeting the adjuster to go over everything he felt I needed replaced.  With the claim, I was able to make all the repairs and add the guttering around the entire house for a little amount out of pocket (much less than my deductible).  I highly recommend Roca roofing and working with Blake if possible.  He is very professional and courteous and had my best interest in mind.  His crew was in and out and finished the entire roof in 1 day.  Very satisfied with the whole experience.

"We had a nasty hailstorm roll through - I knew there was going to be damage, but I didn't have the expertise (or frankly, the time) to determine for myself. Was contacted by Weatherproof, and they handled ALL of it for me. Worked with the adjustor to determine what needed fixed, helped me pick the right materials to have a great looking roof without costing me an arm and a leg. Very straightforward with their predicted costs and timelines. Crew came out and did an amazing job - 1 day just as anticipated. No hiccups, no tragedies. I didn't have to lift a finger. The owner and his team conducted themselves with character throughout my experience. I will be contacting them for any future contracting needs. So many shady companies out there, and I feel blessed to have run into these folks."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
