The new boards never showed up on the delivery date (to be delivered by home depot). I was nervous and called Bill. He blamed home depot. The next morning (Saturday) he showed up to get his tools. Said hes done. He showed me paperwork that he had paid for the lumber the day I paid him. We agreed to disagree and he agreed to finish the job when the lumber arrived. The deck was finished by both men in a whirlwind. Felt like they had another job to get to. The quality is not what I find acceptable! Bill did say as he left "if there are any issues just call and he'll come out to fix them". Honestly, I don't want him to fix them. Look at the pictures. The job shouldn't have been left that way at all! - The cut around the pool has over cuts - Stair cut looks like the blade was dull - A one foot board in the middle. - The ends of the boards not cut in a straight line. - Railing nails missed and protruded out. I have more pictures but you get the idea."
