"Technician called to say he was on his way. He showed up on time. He appeared knowledgeable. I needed a new timer. He gave me three options, I looked at two and chose one. Considering the service call, and that the price included installation, the price was fair to me and the company. I wouldn't call it cheap or a steal but fair to both parties. He tested the system, and recommended fixing or replacing some additional heads. I agreed to some of them but not all. I figured I can replace sprinkler heads easily enough. "Clarance is a professional; he keeps you updated on when he will arrive and what needs to be done. Clarance is punctual, and he cleans up after himself. I thought our sprinkler timer was out. Clarance brought a new timer, and we set a price and time for Clarance to install the new unit. Before starting the timer replacement, he carefully examined the sprinkler system and determined that the lake pump needs replacement, and the sprinkler timer was fine. Clarance returned the sprinkler timer, and we agreed on a new price and time for the pump installation. Clarance came to my house the day after Thanksgiving to install a brand-new pump. Clarance was efficient and got the new pump up and running within 2 hours. Clarance checked to confirm that the different sprinkler sections were working, and water was flowing to the sprinklers before leaving."
