"The gentleman did good work. He replaced a sliding door with a wall and smaller window. Then installed new cement board covered with tile Had a sub-contractor install the shower controls. Did nice finishing work around the walls. Now the downsides. I did offer him the use of extra 2x4?s in my garage, but he helped himself to other plywood and supplies found in my garage. Raided my tool box for tools he should have had. Does not clean up after himself, left my wife?s vanity a mess. Likes to add more billing at the very end not covered under contract. Overall, I would rate this as 3 out of 5."

"The salesman sets expectations, 2 days, we were called and this was set for 10am, I agreed...he shows up at 8am...like we have no life, I took 2 days off..at a zoom meeting with clients at 8am...I was a no-show and had to reschedule with no notice, he assumes a lot and redesigns on the fly, cause he knows...I had evening plans for 7pm. Had to send my wife alone. He assumed he could work till he was done, again like we have no life, till 11pm. An expectation not set by salesman. He left wall damage and silicone that I have to clean and repair, cement overspray all over driveway that I know have to reseal driveway..hey but it was done in 1 day, I guess...I would not recommend this company."

He listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me something that is more costly which I didn’t need. The guys completed the job in a timely manner and my floors looks great. I get a lot of complements. I must say I enjoy looking at my floors. I definitely use them again and also recommend them to other people."
