"I have hired WW Floors to install tiles in all of the main areas. The team worked very hard and fast and did a beautiful job. The communication was clear and consistent. They were always available to address all of the questions. The team is very professional. I am extremely happy with results of the project and highly recommend them. Definitely would consider them again in the future. Leo and Walison thank you so much 😊"

"Ed was great from start to finish! During the initial consultation, he took the time to explain the entire installation process, what the project would involve, and how the costs were determined based on the specific work my condo patio needed. During the install, he and his team even found a way to work through the pouring rain (despite the area being uncovered) to get the job done within the timeline before the building painting needed to start. The finished tile looks amazing and I am thrilled with how it turned out (see Before and After pictures)! If you’re looking for a floor company that communicates clearly, is honest about pricing, and delivers high-quality work, I would absolutely recommend ECH Flooring!"

"Mario was excellent. The installation of the luxury vinyl planks in the entire apartment was prompt, the customer service was excellent and his concern for quality work and pleasing the customer was outstanding. He has experience working with condo associations. The process to get the sound proof approval and the paperwork requirement was very helpful. I highly recommend MP Floors and Mario was great."

"The salesman sets expectations, 2 days, we were called and this was set for 10am, I agreed...he shows up at 8am...like we have no life, I took 2 days off..at a zoom meeting with clients at 8am...I was a no-show and had to reschedule with no notice, he assumes a lot and redesigns on the fly, cause he knows...I had evening plans for 7pm. Had to send my wife alone. He assumed he could work till he was done, again like we have no life, till 11pm. An expectation not set by salesman. He left wall damage and silicone that I have to clean and repair, cement overspray all over driveway that I know have to reseal driveway..hey but it was done in 1 day, I guess...I would not recommend this company."

"Bob and his team are professionals they did a great job! Definitely recommend if you are considering using them."

His attention to detail is great. Beware the single poor reviewer and pay attention to all the other reviews. This guy and his crew are FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!"
