It was exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for an affordable rat removal company that's not going to try and upsell you on a bunch of bs you don't need and just comes in and does the job, these guys are perfect."

"I received estimate, signed and returned immediately. He text when he would begin. Did not show. Said he was still at another job. He text he would definitely come next day. At 12:30 I text him for a window of time when he will come. Never answered, never called and never came. I text him 3 days later saying samething and letting him know I would no longer do business with him or his company."

"Great company. Came out, left traps, removed rats, left more traps, removed more rats, etc. Once no more rats then sealed all openings on roof and in attic. Sprayed attic to remove rat odor and pheromones. Still no rats after one year. (Sorry for the late review.) Would definitely call/hire again if rats show up again."

"Fraud! Nvirotect is not a reputable company! Steer clear! I have been a customer since 2021. Money wasted! Beware of Nvirotech Lawn Co! My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised a lush, green lawn but delivered dead patches and weeds. Despite several complaints and consistent communication about my dissatisfaction, their customer service employed fraudulent tactics. They led me to believe I had switched from an annual agreement to a month-to-month contract, providing them with additional months to improve their services and my lawn. After six more months of trying to give them a chance to improve, I finally decided to terminate my supposed month-to-month service. However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB."

"This is review is for the Fort Lauderdale office.While I was happy with the initial rodent trapping and proofing, I am quite unhappy with the office staff. I made an appointment for service, and no one showed up and no one called. When I called the office the day of the appointment, an office staff member told me that someone will come out by the end of that week or the next week. No one did come by Tuesday of the next week , and I did not receive a call or text. When I called back , I was told that my previous appointment was not valid, and no one will be able to come out for another three weeks. When I asked if someone could come out earlier because I had an initial earlier appointment, the young woman on the phone suggested that I use another business and would give me some recommendations for other pest removal services, which I found very rude and a very poor business practice.I also had some questions about my contract and asked to be transferred to a manager, and this young woman told me she couldn’t do that, and she couldn’t give me contact information about the manager—that it was against policy. These are very poor business practices. I don’t know if anyone will show for my appointment which is a whole month after my initial appointment and have no way to contact a manager. Also a delay in service increases the chances of the rodent problem reoccurring ."

"Excellent, they performed a great job, placed traps in the attic and they checked for four weeks- not one problem. During the attic’s prep, unfortunately, the technician stepped on the ceiling and created a crack in the ceiling inside the house... Nozzen Nolen took care of the whole repair until we were satisfied. Every one in the company showed concern about the issue and they resolved it immediately and professionally.
