"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. "I informed the company that the driveway had to look exactly the same, per HOA rules. The company stamped the driveway with their logo. I saw the logo a couple hours after they left. I called them and asked them to repair it and they refused. I was also disappointed that the workers shoved all the trash they generated in the trenches they dug next to the driveway and then buried it."

"Stabil solutions did a fantastic job of levelling my driveway when portions of it had sunk with age and erosion around it. They also did similar work on the walkway to the house, and put a decorative, protective coating on it. Looks great! A year after the work, a small flaw was discovered in the walkway work, and the owner himself came out to correct the issue. Very impressed with the way they stand behind their work. True customer service. I will use them again if the opportunity arises."
