"The owner Brian took the time to come out look at the problems I had - leaky kitchen drain pipe, garbage disposal replacement, constantly running toilet, and bath tub drain issue - a number of miscellaneous little problems. It was only 10 or 15 minutes to show him everything that needed fixing, but my point is he came out and looked. He then called me a couple days later with a price of 850. We made appointment. He showed up and did all those little jobs. Really helped me out and a nice guy too. Another plumber, who shall remain nameless, called me but he couldn't be bothered to come out, take a look, and give me an actual estimate.
