"We are very pleased with the result. The job was done in a day by a large team, who wrapped up the house (!), stripped off the old roofing, and put in the new skylights and roof within the day. There were some delays due to poor (wet) weather, but we can't really blame Ranch Roofing for that."

"they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed. One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

"FRS Roofing won the bid to fix the main slate roof and the 4 rubber porch roofs on my home. Chris from FRS provided the winning estimate after taking a meticulous inspection of the roofs which included identifying the number of slates needed to restore the main roof. He also explained why the rubber roofs installed by a local contractor 20 years ago had prematurely failed. The FRS work crews assigned to our project were all skilled and knowledgeable of their craft. Every crew member possessed a good demeanor and showed respect for our property. Once started, the job was completed without delay as can sometimes occur when a crew is pulled to work on another project. An unforeseen delay did occur when the chimney was being re-flashed. During the bidding process, all visible sides of the chimney appeared to be in fair shape. Once the crew could see the far side of the chimney, they discovered it was completely devoid of mortar. I was shown a photo of this miracle house of cards and immediately authorized a complete rebuild of the chimney which FRS performed at a reasonable additional cost. There were no surprises with the rubber roofs. The original fiber board underlayment which was disintegrating from water damage was replaced with a new material that is impervious to water. Also, the proper rubber was used on the edge strip to prevent it from peeling off as had happened on the old rubber roof. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to use FRS roofing again for any property new or old!"

"I contacted Kevin the morning after the storm, as soon as we were aware of the problem with our roof. He had a crew at our house that afternoon. They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. We had some spare shingles left over from when the roof was put on originally, and they were able to save us money by using the materials we had. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, as well."

"Connell Roofing replaced our existing roof with a new GAF Timberline ULTRA HD asphalt shingles, including some copper valleys and three solar roof vents. In addition, Connell installed a new gutter and downspout system replacing our 20-year old LeafGuard system with new covered gutters by Leaf Relief. Chris Kent, the salesperson, sat down with us during the contract process and explained the entire process, the types of materials, and warranties. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."

"Power Construction was amazing to work with on replacing our roof after we purchased a home badly in need of a new roof. List was fantastic in coordinating, Rudy was exceptional, and Dan was beyond helpful in managing the work and making sure everything met our expectations. When we purchased the home we learned there was a mold problem in the attic as a result of a leak in the roof, and I have an extreme allergy to mold and my husband has asthma, so we were urgently really looking for a team of professionals that would be able to handle coordinating the roofing work to start as soon as the environmental team we hired had finished completing the mold remediation in the attic space. Dan and Lisa were exceptional at working with us to ensure that none of the work posed any hazard to our health, Dan worked with the team to put in a new vent installed through the roof for our fan in the bathroom to prevent the moisture from building up in the attic, and Dan & Rudy made sure we selected high quality roofing materials to make sure that there was never an issue with the new roof or with mold or dampness in the attic again. Power Construction really was great to work with, and they worked as a team to get the work done exactly as we wanted - they even completed the entire roof replacement in just two days, and we are in love with the new roof. Lisa helped us choose colonial slate as the color for the roofing shingle - and we absolutely love the finished product and the grey tones match the siding well. The end result was a new roof, but really it gave our entire home a facelift and some much needed curb appeal! These guys are the best- we would recommend to anyone!"
