After the demo a hidden plumbing issue was discovered that interfered with our ideas for the shower. Arthur brought one of his plumbers the very next day and they brainstormed ways to redo the plumbing so we could get exactly what we wanted. They successfully fixed the issue without any delay. "Arayik was great. He worked mostly by himself. We had a downstairs bathroom that seriously needed an upgrade. Everything looks great and works. We went for a tub/shower combo to a shower with porcelain tiling. It is great. He did a good future proofing it so we don't have the same problem with water damage that ruined the first design. We are probably going to hire him again for our upstairs bathroom."

"Rick, Luis and the whole team are amazing! My husband and I refinanced our house so we could remodel our *very* outdated bathroom (original from when it was built in the 1980s). They came out and gave a quick appraisal/quote, which we were happy with, and were ready to work right away! One bit of advice, be ready to get the work started! My husband and I were a mix of being slow in picking our new fixtures and stores not having what we wanted in stock. We definitely had to get our butts in gear! We were still picking stuff out while they were working! We are beyond happy with the finished product/bathroom. If anything, it makes us want to make the rest of the house look nicer to match our bathroom!"
