I do have sub-contractors from time to time, all with many years of experience, all insured. When a contract is signed I have three payments (State of Connecticut recommends) 1st payment when contract is signed, 2nd payment half way thru job, 3rd payment when job is completed. Our technicians take yearly classes and are tested on their knowledge and ability by the Chimney Safety Institute of America.The state of Connecticut does not require chimney professionals to have this certification, but it is a requirement of Strictly Chimneys. All our technicians are certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America and versed in all fires codes and standards of the National Fire Protection Association. Those who are not yet certified are in preparation for certification and work under the supervision of someone who is certified; these people are only given work equal to their level of training. We won't send someone out to practice on you! If we give you a time window, we will arrive within that window. If we will be any earlier or later than that, we'll call in a reasonable amount of time and advise or reschedule.

White Dove Woodworking, LLC is a family owned business located in Coventry, Ct. The business was established for the purpose of building custom furniture but is capable of many "general" woodworking projects - both inside and outside. We can build your ideas. We generally provide a sketch of the project along with a written proposal. Upon acceptance of the proposal we require 50% down to begin and full payment due upon acceptance of the finished project. Delivery is free within 50 mile radius. Installation or shipping charges are generally separate.
