"I called this company based on reading another members experience. Telephone receptionist was very courteous and helpful in setting up a servcice appointment that was convenient for me. The phone representative was also very up front with the initial cost for the service call. When the technician arrived punctually at the specified time, he diagnosed the problem, and replaced a malfunctioning gas coil in less than 45 minutes, total.
