"I called this company based on reading another members experience. Telephone receptionist was very courteous and helpful in setting up a servcice appointment that was convenient for me. The phone representative was also very up front with the initial cost for the service call. When the technician arrived punctually at the specified time, he diagnosed the problem, and replaced a malfunctioning gas coil in less than 45 minutes, total. Technician was also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would call on this company again in the future without hesitation. Top notch service and reasonable prices."

"We were having a problem with the downstairs zone a/c and called the company (dba Berkshire Heating and a/c). They returned our call promptly and came the next day. We just moved here and their technician explained our system. He also found a problem that we were not aware of with the drain hose which if left unnoticed would become an issue.
