Countertops were installed well and were of good quality, but the installer lacked customer communication skills. Did not talk or walk me through things he was concerned about with the install. Left without saying anything. Have not heard back from PSI, either, after the install. Did not reattach the dishwasher screws to the countertop so the first time I used the dishwasher it tilted forward and the trays rolled out onto the floor full of dishes."
