James did a fantastic job on my A/C blower motor replacement and system service. He arrived on time for the diagnostic service on my system. He explained everything to me. (I tend to ask a lot of questions). He gave me a few quote options. I accepted one of the quotes and James was back the next morning to do the repair. He did everything has said he would do. My system is repaired and operating properly. I will be using Whipple from now on for all my plumbing, hearing, air conditioning, drain cleaning and electrical needs."
