"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"We used Core Remodeling for a Very large Kitchen, living  room and deck remodel. <br /> We ended up going with Core initially because of Corey?s fast responses and realistic expectations of the project.  Unfortunately for Corey, he had to deal with more than two people during this remodel because of the amount of adults <br /> involved with this remodel.  He did a great job of trying to juggling meetings and appointments with the misc subs <br /> with our crazy schedules. <br /> The project ended up staying pretty much on schedule from Corey?s initial estimates.  We did have <br /> some scheduling snafu?s because of decisions we made on some more difficult installations of items.  However none of this was at the fault of Corey, or with Mike, our contractor onsite. <br /> The project ended up a bit more than initially budgeted,over this was due to our choices in materials, Corey did try to keep us on budget and offered very reasonable solutions to keep us there.  We may the decisions knowingly and without issue to go higher in price.  Please don't be scared by our cost for this project, we went higher end on a lot of the decisions.  Corey will help you go within the budget you have. <br /> We did have issues during the project, which we expected, and Corey tried to handle each issue quickly and to our satisfaction.  Again, unfortunately for Corey I am very detail oriented and bothered him and Mike regarding questions, and issues we needed fixed.  Corey and Mike always had time for any concerns, complaints, or general whining about having to use my living room as a kitchen for a short period of time.  I know I?m not easy to deal with and you would have never guessed it from Corey or Mike?s responses either via phone or e-mail. <br /> I have to fully say, Core Remodeling are heads above the other contractors out there, going above and beyond.    <br /> We already have our next project lined up with them! <br />"

"Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. And, if you have a service warranty on your vehicle, they bill them for you. Thank you for your great customer service!"
